Fabio "Biofa" Fernandes (1977), aka Biofa, is a native of Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. He moved to Spain in 2001 after getting involved in important events back in Brazil where he discovered psytrance. In Europe, he joined Sinergia and Ganesha Crew before getting booked by Namaha Records from India. He performed many rave parties and festivals with important names such as Paul Van Dyk, Infected Mushroom, Electric Universe, Juno Reactor, Tristan, GMS, Atomic Pulse, Absolum, Koxbox, Lucas, Sonic Species, Etnica, Rinkadink, Earthling, Psysex, Hilight Tribe, etc., in places like Izcali Mexico, London, Berlin, Lisbon, Madrid, Edinburgh, Rome, Milan, Valencia, Alicante, Barcelona, Malaga, Tenerife, Granada, Huelva, Sevilla, Ibiza, and more. He joined the last Drum Parade Madrid 2009-2010, playing to more than 20,000 persons on Madrid's streets.

Biofa's style is characterized by the creativity of his sets, strong beats and melodic moments that make you fly, always offering an innovative and different vision of psychedelic full-on and some dark full-on if the exact moment. His DJ sets were broadcast by web radios from Germany, Brazil, Spain and England, where he played directly from Trance Moon Studios in London. In total, his DJ sets and Psychedelic Vision DJ mix were downloaded more than 300,000 times. This DJ has a Brazilian Hispanic way of living and making the crowd jump with a unique presence and constant empathy with people.
