PsySergiProject is the musical project of Sergio E.G., a DJ and music educator from Zaragoza, Spain. After living in Pamplona, São Paulo, Lisbon, and Madrid — where he currently lives — he has absorbed the cultural and musical richness of each place, shaping a sound that’s both emotional and dynamic.

His connection to psytrance began in 2001 at the legendary Good Mood parties in Portugal. Between 2001 and 2006, he immersed himself in the psychedelic scene across Portugal and Spain, discovering the unifying energy of psytrance.

After graduating in Music Education in 2010, Sergio explored other styles such as Brazilian music, Flamenco, and Afro-Cuban rhythms as a percussionist, expanding his musical expression.

In 2021, he returned to electronic music with renewed passion, performing in small clubs around Madrid, at the Love Psychedelic Festival (Portugal), and at Resonarte (Alicante). In 2025, he joined Fractal Roots Records, continuing his mission to share emotion, energy, and the joy of living through music.

His DJ sets are all about telling a story from start to finish, creating a musical journey where every track has a purpose. He loves to play with different psytrance subgenres — from progressive to full-on and twilight — building an energy that evolves naturally throughout the set. Each performance is crafted with a carefully curated selection of tracks, featuring both established artists and emerging talents from around the world, always keeping a deep and genuine connection with the people on the dancefloor.

Future Project: Currently, Sergio is training in music production and developing a hybrid DJSet that blends psytrance energy with analog synths — crafting performances with soul, emotion, and meaning.
